Players go AFK in RANKED Games

I have had too many games where teammates go AFK. I can go back through my history and count all my losses due to AFKs. It ruins my chances of making any progress. Teams with AFK for longer than 10 minutes should not count against the rest of the team. Riot needs to understand how the player feels and take into consideration those who play Rank to win and not suffer LP loss because of another player. I could be in gold by now if it wasn't for these AFKs. Does anyone else feel the same way?
