Got perma banned but hear me out

So I got permanently banned from League of Legends. Why you may ask? Well because people reported me thinking I'm a smurf even thought it's just a new account and the new system in season 9 places new accounts into iron. So during my climb through iron, bronze and silver, I got reported countless times from people saying things such as "go die you scummy fuck" or "you have no life, smurfing in low elo games" ect. And now you may be wondering, well that's not a reason to get permanently banned and so the other cause was obviously toxicity since toxicity is the biggest problem in league. I was toxic for 2 games out of the 150 games I've played (including urf aram, normals etc.) and the first game I was ever toxic I got a 14 day banned. Understandable, but I was clean for another 100 games ish and then once I said something toxic, Permanently banned. If you're curious to the things I said in my games I'll post the chat logs below. I understand that toxicity is not tolerable but I think the system is extremely unfair. The majority of players are 16-20 year olds ( source from a post Riot made) and to give this age group a 14 day ban for 1 game is unbelievable. The amount of hours spent playing on an account to get it from lvl 0-30 then playing from iron - gold is a lot of hours, but if you spend 1 hour of those being toxic you get permanently banned? Furthermore, I don't believe the things I said were toxic to an extent of getting permanently banned. I would appreciate constructive and helpful opinions and thoughts.

And now I'm not trying to justify my toxicity because, yes, I get it. But for more context, both of these games were in my promos and both of them had a very toxic support. Much more than this. And even though this is quite toxic, these two games are the only toxic games I've ever played on that account and is this really enough to get someone permanently banned? I believe everyone has been toxic at least once, so please put yourselves in my shoes. Thanks.

Zero tolerance is zero tolerance, not "please don't do this very often" tolerance. Spending entire games flaming your teammates, telling them to kill themselves etc., is not tolerated. As a smurf, you should already know this. And as an experienced and conceivably higher-ranked player, you should realize that in climbing through lower ranks you're going to encounter players nowhere near your skill level. Why you'd feel the need to humiliate such players on your own team is beyond me.

You say you're not justifying your toxicity, but you then try to justify it.

You say everyone's been toxic at least once. Even if we accept that, you were toxic much more than just once. You had warnings and you chose to ignore them. This punishment is your fault. You know you were toxic. It does not matter that you couldn't control yourself.

Yes, hate speech or zero tolerance phrases (such as racism, homophobia, or inciting self harm) will warrant a 14-day ban immediately.

What? How does your age correlate to the justification of a punishment? In your case, you received multiple punishments and even after your account was on it's final warning, you continued to act negatively. It doesn't matter what age you are, rules are rules.

You say you're not trying to justfiy the toxicity and then immediately try to justify the toxicity. Your team was toxic, report them and move on. There's no excuse to stoop to their level and then complain when you get a punishment.

It takes more than 100 games of holding your tongue to restore your account's status, you have to be consistently positive and show reformation to get back to a good standing. Your account was on thin ice after the 14 day ban and any negative action (no matter how negative) will push you towards the next punishment which in this case happens to be a permanent ban.

Sorry, this ban is was warranted and won't be overturned.

That is absolutely unacceptable, and is terrible game behavior. I’m sorry, but you deserve the ban.

I'm not sure what's up with the 14 day ban. The ban after the 14 day seems like normal Riot behavior.
