So I want to know how can riot know if a report has any truth to it?
They can see under the hood how and when you are performing actions, and if something is interacting with your client or intercepting data from the servers. You're not going to be punished for scripting just because some salty kid got outplayed.
They don't know, they just use statistical methods cuz they are a chineese company
