This type of toxicity actually makes me upset, unlike other forms.

Here's an example: Just got a toxic player in my ranked game last game who purposely banned my champion because he thought it was "shit", flamed me the entire champion selection for absolutely no reason ( I guess his reason was that he didn't get his assigned role so he took it out on me?) to the point where he didn't even bother changing his runes and summoner spells then blames me for this because "I distracted him" when I wasn't even replying.

Taking that isn't even what bothered me, it was the fact that he made the enemy team believe that I was the issue, and that I was was the toxic one. Of course they ended up believing him because I played a champion I wasn't comfortable with and fed my ass off, so he kept telling them that I was inting and did nothing but spam "report hardstuck silver nub lol". It led to the point where I was further on getting harassed by 3 of their players.

That is what bothers me more than anything, because I can't even defend myself without getting chat restricted or making the situation worse.

Why didn't you just mute the jhin? You recognized in champ select that he was just going to be a source of annoyance and tilt - why subject yourself to that? You could have typed one thing, or clicked one button, and never heard another word from that jerk.

Good news brother, need not let those false reports bother you anymore.

The system has the capability of verifying false reports. So if you done nothing wrong, you would never get punished for it.

In fact the system can recognize that context and you can report him back for harassment.

So you really don't need to defend yourself against it. After all, why defend against it if it doesn't hurt?

This is so true. I once played jungle in a normal game and tried a new champion. I didn't really know how to use the abilities, so clearing the camps took me more time than usual. After a while my mid laner was getting his ass kicked by the enemy mid laner, and since I was slower than usual also my ganks came at a later time. After him dying a few more times he started to flame and blame me for his lane loss. He started slandering me in all chat and also convinced our bot lane to report me for not banking enough. He said I was toxic and trolling, etc. I did not type the whole game, but after a while I told him very calmly that I was trying out a new champ and that I was obviously not the best. Also, I let him know that I can't carry every game, I can't bank every lane at the same time, and I cannot land all my skill shots, etc. For some reason Riot considers that toxic sentences, because I received a 10-game chat ban after that... what can I do against that in the future? Just completely ignore and mute everything? What if they falsely report me with 3 or 4 people for this kind of things? Will the automatic ban system punish me for trying out new champs in normals?

It's very discouraging since I've been permabanned 3 times now in my LoL career. I've been very toxic for a long time. I've taken a break for myself and reformed. I almost hit level 3 honor on this account and got a lot of keys as rewards of good behavior, and get honored almost every game. But now this happened and I'm back at level 1... what the fk am I supposed to do, what does Riot want from me. I can't even try out new champs otherwise I'll get chat banned?!?!?

That sounds like a narcissistic sociopath randomly picking someone out for abuse and then ruthlessly manipulating both them and their opponents to turn the game into a torture session.

That person deserves a permanent ban from League... and society.
