thats something i asked a player in urf who died 11 times by just using the canon to blast himself into 2-3 enemys THAT HE SAW! not a "oh shit i went too deep" nope out of his 34 deaths, 11 times he literally used the canon to fire himself into several enemys.

This could earn you a punishment if reported, yes. Finding various ways to basically say "boy you've died a lot" isn't okay, even if you've worded them slightly differently.
Everyone likes the word "toxic." I don't like that word, it's used to often.

Is that a snide, sarcastic, thing to say to someone who's dying a lot in a game? Yup. Do it enough and you'll get punished.

Nah. That isn't toxic. It's a genuine "quality of life" question.
If someone in the real world kept punching themselves in the face and you asked, "Hey, is your life super fun with you punching yourself in the face all the time?" That's not toxic... it's a genuine question.
What is toxic is the person who says, "It's okay little buddy. You punch yourself in the face as much as you want. It's all okay. You'll get better in time." That is endorsing and supporting harmful behavior and just recently became punishable by law and possibly even the death penalty.
If someone is doing something harmful, asking questions about it isn't "toxic."
If you were punished because of this, I suggest you submit a ticket and ask for some RP compensation for your wasted time.
