My first guess? Saying "jawohl". I don't know if it's different in the EU, but in the US, it's heavily associated with Nazis, probably because of all the WWII movies and TV shows that use it.

First, I generally have to ask; what type of punishment did you receive? Was it a Chat Restriction, a 14-day Ban, or a permanent ban? And also, what exactly did the reform card list as the specific reason for your punishment? Just abusive communications, or was there anything else stated?

As far as negative behavior goes, assuming this is the whole, unedited chat log, there's legitimately not much that falls below the line of expected behavior, and what little there is is very slight.

So, this either was a very, very small capstone to a long series of low-key negativity, or a very strange example of the IFS going overboard.

Once again, assuming that this is all there is, I'd probably recommend to file a Support Ticket and see about getting a manual review of the case.

Can you take a screenshot and post it here? The only things I notice that may be happening are that you said "le oui" which isn't actually a sentence (it would mean "the yes") in French and maybe it picked up as potentially being discriminatory/making fun of someone's language, or that as someone else said, it may have picked up Jawhol as a discriminatory statement.

Were there any other chat logs given to you in addition to these chat logs?

Because I'm noticing a lack of game indicator at the start of your logs (like "Game 1:"), and the game described is several games before your ban. Typically the automatic punishment system assigns a punishment immediately after the last game that pushes you over the line or after one more game. Not several.
