Calling someone an autist is worth an insta 14-day ban, right?

I myself am disabled. I don't have any mental disabilities, but whenever I see people making fun of disabled people I go out of my way to write up a good report.
Edit: Calling someone autistic as an insult is like calling someone black as an insult.
Because I have a half-brother who has mild autism, and a girlfriend who's younger brother also has mild autism (what are the odds?) I report it as hate speech and explain why. The rest is up to the Instant Feedback System, but I can tell you that it is definitely not acceptable behavior.

Bans, the way they oughta be.
Unfortunately all you can do is report them and move on. Other people will report them in future games if they do it again, and the system will catch them.
What is an autist though? Is it a fancy french way of saying artist?
Well if you're going 0/10 and ruining the game for everyone on your team you ought to be an autist, ;^)
Otherwise, I don't know why people would call you an autist.
I've never been banned ,or even reported (to my knowledge) because I'm never toxic. So I'm not saying this because I'm one of the toxic ones. It's just my opinion. I think people are genuinely too sensitive. If someone says you have autism, mute them. If someone says "kys", mute them. If someone talks shit about your mom, mute them. I'm not saying people should never be banned, but I do think the victims of toxicity are a bit too sensitive.

No, not at all. It has to be consistent toxicity, people get tilted. Get some thick skin and deal with it, or /mute all. I get called the N-Word on a League on a near daily basis, and I'm black. Deal with it.
I was once playing Udyr with both AD and AP items, and got called out for Down Syndrome

But seriously, if they are using it as a slur, then yeah it should fall under the category of hate speech I would imagine. I doubt they will get an automatic suspension though.
Autism isn't an insult, so don't see why you are upset. Its like saying "you function well in society!" Or "you have depression!"

nope i just had some one admit hes on this 30th account he will probably play a few dozen before a ban.
People who joke about mental illnesses and uses them as an insult just show how much they secured their own virginity.
Flaming of any sort should be a 14 day ban in my opinion. None of it is needed at all, ever. All it does is make people quit the game which hurts Riot's bottom line. They should be doing everything they can to get toxic players out of their game. Even if you perma ban a toxic player, that is much less damage to your company than that one person will do.
Haven't got punished for anything of the sort yet, why stop now? [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
Also if Riot banned everyone who said something offensive in their game, then that would be 90% of the games population gone.
im autistic in real life when people use that as an insult i just report so you probably ran into someone who is autistic
btw 1/10th or more of the us population is autistic
