Following a 14day, the only possible punishment is a perma.
Which means that a punishment that would usually be chat restriction-worthy becomes a perma.

Also the dropping of a username seems really weird, we don't need to interrogate your friend. As for your ban, you can talk about it with riot with a support ticket (they will reverse it if it was truly in error) as the boards are not a good idea for getting in touch with them. Or you can share the logs in here if you need another perspective on why you were banned.
