Toxic premade teams.

So, I recently just bought myself a Draven skin. Excited as I am I jump right into a game, I pick Draven as I was given bottom for that game, this is in draft normal as I am not a high enough level to get into a comp game, but if you are drafted you can refuse anyone who wants to play in that role. So someone asked if they could play bottom, I said no sorry, I am ADC main. So we proceed to champ select and he bans Draven the champion I declared and continued to hover on. So I was like why would you ban Draven and he said it was because they were premade?????? and I was still going to go bot so what difference would it have made except from hurting the team as a whole as I could not play the champion I was best at. So I was thinking to myself okay that's fine I'll just play a different champ and somebody dodges. So I put all that behind me and queue again. Same people, same premade team, and they banned Draven again. So as any rational person I dodged. I don't understand how this amount of toxicity can be allowed as you can get banned for saying a mild swear word.

Because banning a declared champ isn't necessarily a punishable offense. It is a dick move, but eh.

Fun fucking fact. Riot doesn't give two shits about any damn "swear" words. Only when someone uses them as a means of harassment.

Banning your own team mates pick is not punishable, There are valid reasons to do it and therefore riot allows it. The only thing that banning a team mates pick will do for riot Is help riot confirm someones intent to troll/INT in games if they seem to display the behavior of banning someones pick more then a few times AND then going into the game and doing questionable things.
