This account is permanently banned and now I'm leaving League.

This account was banned for use of 3rd party software/scripts/hacks and because Riot doesn't tell me what I used/when it was used (if any) how am I supposed to make another account and not use what I'm not supposed to use if I don't know what I got banned for using? I have scripts that make typing sentences easier as auto filling a certain word by typing the abbreviation, etc. I may come back to League, I don't know. All I know is that this account has never seen a 3rd party program since the day it was created. I have other scripts for other games but I don't script in League because you don't have to. All I know is that because you don't tell us what we got banned for, that lets our new accounts vulnerable to accidental ban that will never be lifted. For all I know this account could have been hacked/scripted on when it was inactive for roughly a year (This was originally going to be my main but my smurf became my main but this account was my main until now.) I doubt Riot would look into that being as the last reply on my ticket was that they have solid proof and won't lift my ban. I suggest that Riot should update what people can and can't use. ADDING ALL PROGRAMS/OTHER WAYS THAT VIOLATES THEIR TOS. Not just banning for a program that violates but is not listed (if any).
