Hi fellow summoners, i am writing to you today because i feel like i was somehow cheated. yes i understand the summoners code. but from the logs i was given and the environment of the game i dont feel like i deserve a punishment at all, yes i used caps and said my jungle was trolling but i wasn't flaming anyone at all i was encouraging the lucian, telling morde to ult mundo instead. maybe i might have typed it in a somewhat aggressive manner but i was just simply communicating to my teammates. it doesnt show a time stamps on my logs but in my defence it was a 50 min game, we were hard throwing and all we needed to do was get soul as you seen the logs, the parts where i say "say thank u rt now or else i afk" i was simply just joking, "im not ending till we get soul" also again i wasn't being serious because the 4th drag already spawned i was simply just joking around because i thought we had the game in the bag. "u fools" i dont think calling somebody a fool is "toxic" or flaming. During this whole game nobody was being toxic towards anyone at all we were all having fun because we had a huge lead, which lead up to use throwing. to tell you the truth i dont even think anyone on my team reported me i barely talked in all chat other than the one time at mundo as well. i just simply feel that this ban was a mistake and need help. i dont believe that these logs are enough to ban me because even on the riot website they say what can get you banned "Here are some common examples of why a suspension might be issued: Use of offensive language Deliberate verbal abuse Naming and shaming Tribunal ban on your account Hate speech Posting malicious phishing links" when did i use offensive language towards my team in any way. i didn't abuse my team at all i was just trying to communicate to win.

Well, I guess you did communicate that you think your team was trash cancer script fool trolls, but that's not really what Riot has in mind when they give you the ability to chat, y'know?

I normally come into these threads to laugh because people almost 100% of the time deserve a perma. I cannot believe you were even chat restricted. A few little annoying comments "gg" and "our team is trolling lol" but overall the only legitimate put-down was "u fools" and I can't fathom how that's a bannable word. I consistently have games where people call each other "bitch" and "fucker" and "Re-----" (won't finish that one, but you probably understand). The fact that the auto system picked up on "u fools" is kind of a head scratcher. Good luck with Riot support pal, I honestly don't believe this was bannable, ESPECIALLY permanent (unless of course, you have a multitude of punishments and you were on your last leg, in which case I get the perma).

PS. My friend once got a 14-day for calling somebody a "Little Pooper", which, coincidentally was the name of his club at the time. Riot support told him "Even mild toxicity is still toxicity". You might be fooked lmao

That's insane if you actually got a perma for that chat. I'm in a similar situation myself. I just had a 10+ year old account 14 day suspended and I don't understand why. My chat log was just as minor. It actually makes me feel a bit better someone else has something similarly crazy happen. Maybe the system is just going wacky lately? I hope you sent a support ticket in and get this overturned. Good Luck.

When you get a 14 day ban, ANY valid report will get you perma'd. One is all it takes. You are told this when you receive the 14-day ban. While this is not the most egregious chat log, it's still largely negative. You scold your team for chasing, you have a defeatist attitude, and you threaten to afk. The report was valid, and you were already on thin ice.

Additionally, you went straight to a 14 day ban without receiving a chat restriction. This usually indicates that you're fond of using zero tolerance words, or else that your first offenses were extremely toxic. Your ban was deserved. For the future, if you make a new account, you should work on keeping your chat positive or not using the chat if you can't control your anger in the moment.
