I will not get a boarder

Hello riot i just saw that you need honor level 2 to get a boarder and i had a period were i was very toxic and got a ban but after tha ban i have gotten better and just started muting players that made me mad. My question is if i will get a boarder or not, i read the rewards text but dint really understand

If you aren't Honor Level 2 by November 12th, you will not receive any of the 2018 End of Season rewards - no loading screen border, no summoner icon, no profile banner, etc.
