Ok, first of all I may have been salty but at least I didn't swear or say anything extremely worse. This Karthus starts talking sh*t to me because I was in his lane even after we got top tower and bot tower destroyed AND 4 people in his lane but just flames me? I tell in all chat to report Karthus for negative attitude, Karthus pretends to be nice in all chat winning their favor which then made them gang up on me making me even more pissed for they started calling me names and shit. Called me salty while they were salty. They better have received a ban too because if not, this is stupid. Does reporting only work if you get more than 2 people to report? If so, that's dumb. Fix this Riot. Instead if the suspension, give me chat ban for life.

Don't tell other players to report other players it's punishable. If someone KS being negative to you the best way to handle it is to mute them immediately and say nothing

Swearing isn't what gets you punished, you can fucking swear all you want. What you can't do is use hate speech or harass a teammate

Others' behavior does not excited you're own. They get punished for theirs, you get punished for yours.

They better have received a ban too because if not, this is stupid. .

They will receive punishments for their behavior based on their behaviour's severity and the frequency of their negative behavior.

Nope. All it takes is a single report for your chat to be reviewed.

Fix this Riot. Instead if the suspension, give me chat ban for life.

Nothing to fix. Working as expected. From the IFS FAQ page:

##PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

Nope. Not at all. All a report does is to flag the system for review. The results of the review for that specific game is a toxicity value which is added to your behavioral history.

Once the total toxicity value exceeds a certain value, you get punished.

Multiple reports doesn't do anything extra to the review. Infact, the code blankets the multiple reports with:

if number of reports > 1, then run review

If you want to know why you were punished, you should look at all the other games you were salty and how often you were salty. You think you got away with being salty, but all those toxicity values just added up in your history.
