Inters should just be perma-banned. There's no excuse for not doing so. They just ruin people's games. Especially ranked inters. Literally just had 3 games of duo inters in ranked. But Riot: "You should be able to carry your team and climb." No, that is complete bullshit. It's an excuse for bad players to get free wins.

They give almost everyone a second chance in League. Repeating any trolling behaviors results in a permanent ban.

Sounds more like the subtext is "i should be allowed to int as well to punish those inters", which is.. kind of lacking in awareness.
