14 Days Ban for no reason !!!

Give me one good reason for having that ban. Enemy Fiora started to flame with an illegal program in all chat that types same sentence like 20 times per second, I simply told her not to cry and she told me kys. After that, she started to flame and then I answered her flaming back but without insults. Her team mates said they will report her for feeding and afk and then I said I will report her for flame and kys. Here I didn't mean that am saying to her to kys. I simply meant I will report her for flaming and saying that word ( kys ). That's a missunderstanding and I want my account back please. I got insulted many times and by mom was insulted but I either mute or do not respond negatively to others who insult me. That's so unfair !!

Note: I've never been banned or had a chat restriction before since 4 years of playing this game.

Be real guys. It is clear that I did not insult him by telling him K*s ... If I really wanted to say so that means am ready for the ban and I wouldn't have posted my problem here or argued at all.
