I just tried to play for an hour and gave up. Anyone else having this problem?

I literally just spent an hour waiting in lobby's. I would join in, a few people would ban/pick and the one would dodge. FOR. AN. HOUR. Then I finally get into what looks like a game, and the enemy team surrenders instantly because of a dc. Is anyone else having days like this? It completely sucks the fun out of the game and makes me not even want to attempt to play it anymore..
