A Mind-Blowing Idea for all the Riot Devs

My first account was Omaygah, back in season 4. Got about half the champs, then discovered that verbal abuse was punished. in a game.. with mute buttons. like, what?? so the account eventually gets perma'd, all over verbal abuse. i lost probably THOUSANDS of hours, and money too. And by far, the worst part of it is that other people paid with their own money to gift me skins, and i cant show my appreciation anymore, i cant say 'hey joe, thanks again for this awesome skin' or 'hey joe, my acc got banned, so here's your RP back' because you don't have anything like that in play. I lost a lot. But, i put a lot of time into the game. I learned a lot of things about the game. So, of course I'm going to continue playing. Im going to start up another account, and every time i want to choose or play a champion or skin that i no longer have, it angers me. I get tilted way before i even play the game, because I've already lost so, so much. So, I go into a game angry. and the words become actions. and then 100 games later, i get banned again. so, i create another account, but im MORE upset this time because ive lost even MORE, and ill never be able to reclaim it. BUT. But what if? What if, I could link a past account to my current account. And, if I manage to get to honor level 5, i get to unban ONE account. Any account, that i could prove is mine. It starts at honor level 0. if i get that account to 5, i get another acc back. Best part about this? its a climb in honor level. if i get to honor level five, ive kinda proven that i have been very sportmanlike. I think thats worth getting my time and money back. And, just IMAGINE if that actually came in... "Dude, i can get my old acc back! you better believe im not saying anything mean until i do!" and then, if we actually do get the account back? Holy hell, thats gonna be awesome. If i had Omaygah back, i wouldnt give a shit if i lost the next 100 games lol.. And imagine what would happen to the community as a whole, if that happened. How many people that turned toxic because of a lost account, now have an ACTUAL way, a road to take, to redemption. How many people that were toxic simply because riot is "unfair" would have to eat their words? the game would be better, the community would be happier, and since there would be a lot more accounts, that means more $$ in skins and boosts for yall..
