Permenant Ban

Good day to all of you my dear guides, i wish my little message to be heard or arrive to the developers, "we are all humans forgive and forget With the passage of time, we rarely remember the name of a summoner in our memories from any match, when any mates in the same team starting to fight or telling bad words to each other, i consider them both to be mistaken by a bad behavior it doesn't matter who started the fight as long as the second person also answered with abusive words, so he is mistaken too, then after the match ends and comes the part of the report option it doesn't always end fairly, (for example: the team contains 5 players, one of the mistaken players might get a higher amount of reports like the rest of the team may agree to report one of them so he gets 4 reports in one match, he also may get reports from the enemy team while the second player there is reported from one person only), from another point of view: there is some bad words the players used to type it in a shortcut form which is rarely detected by the system of the game as an abusive words and then only the second player gets the blame for replying back (he is also mistaken in that case i am not defending but i only explain that this result of reports are also unfair), As a player myself i would like to ask the developers to remove the option of a permanent ban due to unfair system collect of reports or unfair cases to be more accurate, from my point of view and excuse me if i am wrong : i see that a fourteen days of suspension would make a perfect punishment to any bad behaviors or increasing the amount of days in each time this player acting badly like the queue time when any player leave the champ select each time he leaves he gets a lager amount of minutes to wait, can you imagine if you undo the permanent ban to all the accounts that got banned before how would the players would react ? how really would they be grateful to have a second chance ? or even a last chance if you call it, each player spends time and give hard efforts to gain skills for the game, when anyone lose a part from his work he gets disappointed and this might be a reason to make him stop playing the game forever, or another example and that is the real reason to discuss this here : i have a friend, his life went down after getting this permanent ban and the idea of suicide is following him everyday, he is a young kid, introverted person, he hardly make friends and he can't treat with all people normally he got some personal issues and i am trying to guide him Psychologically, i am not only sharing this opinion because of my friend's issue but as a player like everyone i would hate to lose my account, my hard tries and skills, my greatest moments and this game really might be the only thing that makes a player feel happy, we play the games to enjoy, have a good time, and to forget the bad days and aches of life it is too hard to prevent any human from something he used to own. ( i am nicely asking everyone reads my topic to vote for my poll ) and sorry for my terrible English thanks to all :)

As a heads up, a poll assuming people agree with you is heavily skewed. The option to retain the current system should be one of the options presented, or the poll should be presented as "which of these seems like the strongest suggestion if we were to replace permanent bans?" Otherwise every answer appears to be a vote towards removing the current system in favor of the voted for option.

That said, Riot offers numerous chances prior to a permanent ban for a player to show that their behavior has improved, and an account's standing can be restored by sufficient good behavior. Whether they wish to simply stop using chat or to take other steps to improve the way they handle frustration or arguments, they have a path towards avoiding future punishment.

When a player fails to do that, consequences are necessary. Riot has experimented with more chances, extended punishments, and longer chat restrictions in the past, and they've also experimented with lifting permanent bans to see if player behavior indeed improves after an extended absence. In all cases, the current system was found to be more effective at controlling toxicity, as the large majority of players granted additional chances only came back to add more toxicity to the game.

Additionally, the number of reports a player receives in any given game are meaningless -- a single report flags a game for review, and any additional reports do nothing. If problematic behavior is found it counts against the player, and if no problematic behavior is found then it does not affect their account standing at all.

can you imagine if you undo the permanent ban to all the accounts that got banned before how would the players would react ? how really would they be grateful to have a second chance ? or even a last chance if you call it,

This has been done before, one instance resulted in players regressing to their old ways and the other has yet to have it's results released.

each player spends time and give hard efforts to gain skills for the game, when anyone lose a part from his work he gets disappointed and this might be a reason to make him stop playing the game forever,

That's the point of a permanent suspension, to remove the player from the game after they've made it clear on multiple occassions that they can't follow the rules.

that is the real reason to discuss this here : i have a friend, his life went down after getting this permanent ban and the idea of suicide is following him everyday, he is a young kid, introverted person, he hardly make friends and he can't treat with all people normally he got some personal issues and i am trying to guide him Psychologically,

That's unfortunate and I feel for your friend, it sucks to lose something you enjoy and I hope he seeks out professional help. Unfortunately, rules are rules and he was warned multiple times that his behavior was unacceptable.

On the bright side, he's allowed to make new accounts and he can continue playing if he really enjoys the game.

Instead of the permanent ban how about : Only keep giving 14 days ban Double the days of suspension off in-game chat temporarily

Permanent chat restrictions and permanently escalating ones have been tried before, both failed to accomplish anything as they resulted in players griefing other areas of the game through intentionally feeding, AFKing, or trolling.
