Afks are life ruiners

So over the years there have been many many many people who go afk in a game for apparently no reason to sometimes they either rage-quit or just say "screw this, my team is garbage" and leave. This is a selfish move, they only think about themselves and not others, they are only thinking about oh man, I'M suffering because my team is bad, I'M doing the best, I'M carrying, there's nothing wrong with me, guess i should leave. CAUSE THAT DOES SOMETHING. Riot really needs to fix this, somehow. I thought maybe making a system where you can vote to kick a player if they are afk and someone else can replace their spot, they will be granted a level based on the average team level, and will be given gold based on the average gold earned by the team. If that doesn't work and this is on ranked, then make it so that the team doesn't lose as much LP, because there is nothing worse than losing 50 LP but winning 15, or maybe even not lose any LP at all. Now, this may be abused but, maybe it would have to take everyone to vote and agree this person has been afk for over or around 10 minutes. I don't know, these are just my thoughts after all, but i would love to hear other suggestions and see if this could actually work. And would be absolutely amazing if it was actually implemented into the game.
