Do I still get my chest?

I was trying so hard to get an S- on Udyr and when I finally got it, I didn't get the chest :(

This is probably due to me being chat restricted for leaving 2 of my games on the account of 2 separate people griefing me.

Can I get the Udyr chest once my chat restriction has concluded?

P.S.: I had a Sona in the game who left after she died ONCE (this was the game I got my S- on). She only came back once we were winning. She probably won't even get punished. https://gyazo.com/a29372400e8e7585060b26d8bd15f9eb

P.S.S.: I will probably quit this game if I don't (I might come back when the pre-season is over). I worked SO hard to get that S-. I got 4 A+s on Udyr.
