Noone is interested in hearing a childs squeaking and heavy breathing when they die and start blaming people. Voice chat is restricted to players whose opinions you presumably give a shit about, it's not there as an outlet for you to vent your babyrage on them. If you care about voice chat for non premades because you want to use it for game related communication with randoms then just get a discord room and post the link in lobby like has been done for a long time

My guess is they are smart enough to understand that mute takes care of the problem and use their time wisely improving other aspects of the game that might need work instead of wasting time on the inevitable and creating a whole process on top of the mute button that sensitive Tommy and Sally are too friggin lazy to push. Not in America, home of the coddled and thin skinned. Mute and allowing people to mute is just not enough, have to push our sensitivity on others and tell them that they are bad boys and girls for being mean when a simple button press eliminates it from your life. Funny thing is these sensitive players can do that before the inevitable begins. That's how stupid this punishment system is.
What I'm getting from your title is that Korea has the best servers with NA being #2.
