I believe I was unjustly banned

In the 8 years I have played league I have rarely ever posted anything on the Forums, but I thought I needed to put this out there. Last night after finishing a match I was booted off the system and told I had a two week ban. I then checked my email and had a message that read:

Summoner,

Following an extensive audit by the Player Support team at Riot we have decided to ban the account: whocanibe for participating in MMR Boosting.

We define MMR Boosting as the act of someone other than the account owner logging into an account and playing a ranked match of League of Legends. We take this matter seriously as MMRBoosting violates our Terms of Use and creates an unfair environment for other players within League of Legends.

In the future we strongly encourage you to avoid any activities which violate the Terms of Use and Summoner’s Code. Failure to do so will result in the permanent closure of the account.

I was then told to submit a ticket if I had any questions. I have been playing league for over 8 years and in the last year I played over a 1000 games hovering between upper plat and d4 all year. I ended the season in d5 in the same range I have been for a very long time and have been the only one to ever log into my account. 98% percent of my games I play solo, mostly support, sometimes mid, and in very rare occasions I jungle when I got through boring spurts in the season. I only duo 2% of my matches with a couple of friends or on a random occasion someone I clicked with in a match and I will spam a day or two with that person before moving back to mostly solo que. This is why this ban was confusing to me. I am honor 5, have invested a ton in the past 8 years into this account and league, have even been to RIOT offices to play test a number of things because of my large sums of games on certain champs. So i messaged them, because I wanted more information on what this investigation was. You have to understand that I want more information because I am the one on this account daily and it is my only account. It is a mechanism I use with coping with depression and stress and I am now sitting here studying for finals, taking a break, and have no other channel to vent my stress and anxiety through. Well long story short after messaging asking them about the situation they messaged this back to me:

Hello yeaaaabuooy,

Your suspension was only issued after an extensive investigation was run to ensure your involvement in MMR boosting. As explained in the email you received in response to your suspension, the following actions have been taken on your account:

-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -All previous Season rewards (Victorious skins, borders, season icons, season and Honor ward skins) have been stripped from your account. -You are ineligible for any 2017 Season ranked or Honor rewards

While you may feel that this punishment is too harsh, please realize that having accounts boosted, for whatever reason, ruins the spirit of League of Legends competitive play. While you are ineligible for any rewards in the 2017 Season, this does not disqualify you for anything pertaining to the 2018 Season. Keep in mind that if you have any future involvement in MMR boosting, your account will be permanently suspended.

I just don't understand. This is just the same message over again and all I asked for is information. I use league to cope. I have never had interest in rank, payed anyone for rank, or duo'ed with anyone to get ranked up. In 8 years (since late 2009) I have been the only one to use this account. I was introduced to the game by a floor mate of mine in school. I have been loyal to the game, the terms, and the competitive since since its inception. I don't see anything in the terms that I broke, and I just want someone in RIOT to please just reach out to me and explain to me what is going on with my account. If I legitimately did something wrong and they can show me what I did I will fix it and will take any punishment they want, but I am just sad right now.

There's clearly a massive boosting ban wave going on right now, and while some folks clearly were in the wrong, I'm not seeing much in your op.gg to suggest you were boosted. Good luck with your support ticket!

The Nidalee games in September are pretty fishy. IDK why someone would start and stop playing a champ they are crushing with like that.

This just happened to me. I was originally contacted by Riot because I couldn't access my account and they told me it had a temporary ban on it until I could verify that I was the owner and that no one was using it. I was really upset and frustrated because NO ONE has access to my account. This was a month ago or so and now I'm getting banned because an 'extensive investigation' proved I was MMR boosting.

I am a high elo top/mid/jungle player and a pretty decent youtuber making a video on how my account got banned for being Elo boosted, if anyone wants to share there case with me I can include it in my vod, Riot has been 100% confident that I got boosted to D5, as a high elo player who often duo queues with professional league players I find it hard to believe that there system is perfect and they that look at each individual account, please let me know if you want to be included in my next vod

Dude i got perma banned for calling my jungler an artichoke, trust me riot has their ways of making you start new accounts so you buy RP again for skins... (IM KIDDING, Last part is sarcasm, DONT BAN ME AGAIN)
