Feeding in champ select?????

Why is leaving during champ select a bad thing when someone decides to say " IM GONNA FEED " and proceeds to choose someones champ. So i get punished for someone being rude and toxic. How wonderful

It's just the system at the moment. Sure you get a minor punishment. But you save your sanity.
