If you received a permanent ban for this game, that means you had three prior punishments all for similar actions.

That's pretty much where this conversation starts and ends, you should have been aware that this behavior was against the rules and you were warned multiple times. You should also know by now that context doesn't really play a role, saying "Vi you are shit" is still toxic, it isn't allowed just because someone else started flaming you first.

If you decide to make another account (or already have one) just mute anyone who is giving you a hard time. You don't have to argue back and forth with anyone and you won't be stressed out, you also won't be setting yourself up for punishments of your own. Just report and move on.

Flaming and harassment in both of these games after your 14 day ban which clearly stated any further misbehavior would result in a permanent ban.

So it was a permaban? Thus you had already been warned beforehand that the next offense would be the last. You're telling people you're going AFK, they are boosted, other insults, pointing out KDA, ect. It was kind of bound to happen.
