That is the whole log, I told someone to not steal my jungle camps and said you guys are so bad, I don't know if I've seen something so stupid for a long time, blitz the only time you are hooking them is when we are running. This got me chat restricted??? Can't tell my 0/8/0 Jax top to not steal camps, can't say that was stupid after I see 3 people chase teemo under tower and die, and can't tell my blitz to stop grabbing people when we are running away. Oh and the Jax didn't get banned for flaming me or for feeding, ten deaths and flames no ban. LMFAO did not realize how worthless riot's punishment system was, won't waste my time trying to report anyone anymore.

Telling people to report someone isn't desired chat behavior. When someone breaks a rule, just report them. You don't need to rally up a whole gang to report them for you, because report quantity doesn't matter.

Also, you've been investing way too much time and energy into chat. It's strongly recommended not to do this.

This IS a chat restriction, you were lightly punished for breaking the rules, and you will be punished harder for breaking the rules again in the future.

your chat behavior wasn't acceptable from Riots end, telling the world to report someone is sub-optimal behavior.

The system punishes people based on consistency x severity. I see asking for reports in a harassment fashion and accusation of people trolling, which are minor toxicity on it's own. But if you do this over many games, it will get you punished.

Also, it is possible that you get punished in 1 game and someone else doesnt, but they are working towards punishment. Imagine the behavioral system like a leveling system. You can be at 99% when you started the game anad that jax could have been at 30%. You minor offense got you 1% and jax's flame got him 50%. At the end of the game, you reached 100% and max is at 80%, resulting in you got punished and he didn't.
