Duo players in my ranked game trolling with Anivia/Trundle

It is amazing the kind of stuff kids will do to try and get a rise out of fellow players in the hopes of being able to report them for saying anything even remotely toxic. I was in promos for Silver 2 on my account ChuckNorrisGanks. Champ select opens up and our midlaner hovers I believe Veigar as the champ he wants to play. The player who got jungle, banned Veigar (not an accident) and then proceeded to lock Anivia in. Taking midlane for herself even though it wasn't the role given to her. At the very last second of champ select the Anivia switches her summoners to Flash/Smite because i said i screenshot the lobby.

The game goes through. I would have dodged if not for being 1-1 in promos. Anivia then proceeds to go into lanes and take farm. Especially mine because I was vocal about how he trolled our team. Little did I know that our Trundle was duo with him. They followed me around the entire game using their pillars/ice walls to try and get me killed or to cancel my recalls. They came into my lane top and took farm from me top. I had to play like it was 3v7 and i was afraid to commit to any fight as Gangplank because I knew i was going to get walled off or pillared by those two trolling.

Somehow, behavior like this will pass. These kids will go on doing this. The Anivia even bragged about how he wouldn't get punished at all and told me to add him so I would see that he wasn't going to be punished. How is this less toxic than someone raging in chat with obscenities and racial slurs? Both are bad but at least you have the option to mute the verbally toxic players. There was nothing I could do but take each pillar and wall that were meant to troll me and set me off while I waited for the game to end. Because due to the Anivia being duo with Trundle, they could stop every surrender vote with their 2 "No" votes.
