So i got 10 games chat restriction 2 days ago will i still get my season rewards?

Well 2 days ago i played normals because i finished with ranked and got the division i wanted after tryharding for a whole month. I got flamed that game because i played for fun and i must say i did not react well to getting flamed in normal games because i wanted to have fun with a friend (ryze nunu bot) and i was toxic to the guy that flamed me. My question is i got chat restricted and the season end is near, my honor level is locked too so i think its impossible to get to honor level two in 2 weeks will i still get my rewards or doesnt it have anything to do with the time and the punishment i have.I find its unfair after working so hard for my current rank to not being able to get loot because of 1 bad day and its not like i started the flame he flamed me first and did not receive any punishment at all,Its my first ever punishment too.
