After a lot of back and fourth of me explaining to this employee how there is nothing toxic in my 1 chat log in the reform card, that could even remotely come close to being harassment or reportable. The riot employee responds with this.

As mentioned before, you are arguing back and forth quite a bit and this behavior that we are trying to stop as it does add more negativity to an already negative environment.

One game, one chat log, and that was the most "negative stuff" that he could try to throw at me to excuse this ban. Blatant abuse of the reporting system by a duo swearing at me after they disagreed with something i explained, and this riot employee clutching at straws to try to say that im toxic and warrant losing my rewards for the next 400 games. There is no distinguishable punishment between a sexist racist comment, and what i said there, this riot employee says im negative, even though thats not even a re portable offence. Being negative is "griefing or giving up". Is he implying that unless your kissing ass and smiling in the chat, any sort of disagreement or discussion is negative and can be reported? He refuses to realize that this duo who called me an " as- hol- " multiple times in chat, abused the report system, to punish me for correcting them on an assumption they made of me. This is absurd, i need an admin to look into this, the first rioter i spoke to didnt even read my log, and the second dousnt care that i didnt do anything toxic, and ill miss out on all rewards because of this one toxic duo who abused report system.

Multiple reports do not increase the likelihood of a punishment being given. Whether you were reported by a toxic duo, one person, or all 9 players in a game, all it takes is one report to trigger a game for unbiased, automatic review. Any further reports do not move the game up in the report queue and they don't increase your chances of being punished.

While this chat log definitely wasn't super toxic, it is still negative. You're going back and forth with the duo for the entirety of the second half of the game and continuing the argument in the post-game lobby.

It's also not going to take 400+ games to get your rewards back, especially if it's just one 10 game chat restriction.

Just because someone started flaming you first doesn't mean you can flame them back or argue with them all game. Rulebreaking is rulebreaking regardless of who started it.

And just because the Riot support agents agreed with the punishment doesn't mean they didn't read the logs.

There is no abuse of the system happening here, your behavior was considered negative by the system and a punishment was given.

If anyone actually reads this, or an admin cant access my full chat log let me know, ill post it. i just thought to point out how absurd this Riot employees examples of "negative" and unacceptable behavior was, and that even after the punishment he wont at least restore my rewards.

Yeah well, like they said, thats the type of shit the rules are meant to deter. Dont engage in pointless arguements in the middle of a match.

ok i see why u got chat restriction, u typed the word reported, i didnt see that in the first log, the system hates the word "report" and ur chances of getting punished on that word use is over 9000. the first set of logs u posted had no words that i see are offensive as deemed by the riot braindead system eg: u type to someone to suicide in aram to buy items but the game sees u as a terrorist or u type kys in danish speaking server for KISS and riot things ur telling people to kill themselves
