Placement responsibilities

There are those games on League where it's just going down in a handbasket extremely fast. Top has connection issues, Bot is in a stalemate, Mid went to mess around in the jungle, and the Jungler is always dying. Now, those are the type of games where everyone just gives up. That's because people usually don't take their roles at the start of the game very seriously. Ok, let me explain.

When you're placed in a match you're put into the character select screen and in that screen there is a chat room that connects towards the other people you're playing with. Usually there are those individuals are already in the chat and saying what lane they're in. This also leads to people fighting for what row or role they're in. But then there are those individuals where they perfectly ask for their roles and quickly roll out, but they don't take that role very seriously. They usually to wander around and help others without telling them.

Sure it's nice to help your teammates every once in a while, but it isn't very good to help your teammates when they're doing just fine. This is a big problem when it comes to the lane that person was doing, unless if they were a jungler. But that wasted time that would have been used to help take out minions or destroying an epic monster can be lost and might have made things harder for themselves. So don't go around helping others without telling them in the first place. Use pings, ya know, those things that keep making that little noise and wonder what that was before dying...yeah, those.

Those pings are a nice way to tell your teammates to either be careful or telling them that you're coming over to their lane to help and vise versa. Though I'm no professional player, I do know how important those pings are and what they can do for their team. But the ones who don't take their role as (semi)serious as others is a bit of a bad thing. League of Legends isn't the game where you can stand in one place and expect to mow anyone down because you're good with your champion. So please, when you're place in a role, take it and play with the role you have been set with. Even if you don't want to, sadly this isn't possible.

I would change the title of your post. You are talking about matchmaking here, not about placement. Placements are your first 10 ranked games that place you on the ranked ladder.
