Add a button of "fishyness" to the game.

Okay so first off, let me explain what do I mean by fishyness.

When you are playing league competitively (ranked) almost every single game there is a person who doesn't care about winning or losing and we are talking about ranked games here. So if a person doesn't care that means he/she will not play to their full potential, which means they will make other players who take this game seriously want to troll or rage. The sad thing is these kind of players are actually allowed to continue this because no one notices them doing that and what i mean by that is that riot will not ban without a valid reason that's why I am not enjoying this game right now. If you are playing RANKED for fun and not for the sake of winning you should get a ranked ban and what I mean by that is that you are unable to play ranked for a month. The way to achieve a better non toxic community would be by adding a special RANKED ONLY button (Fishy button). The way this report button would work is that if a player gets around 20 overall fishy reports (doesn't matter how many games ago, the "fishyness" will stay forever. Why 20 reports? Cause it's really hard to tell when a person is doing it. Lemme give you an example:

You are playing Zed, your jungler is Lee sin okay? Lee pings Zed to engage on to the enemy midlaner, Zed will look at the minimap see lee sin is close and will engage. So far so good right? BUT IN REALITY Lee will only come to mid to "accidentaly" miss a Q and back off while you are following his ping and die. This could be an accident or a bad game right? So why the hell is this happening every single game? I gave you the ping example here.

So let me ask you this riot, can we trust our team? Since this is a team based game.

And let me make one thing clear players like Lee from the example above will not get reported since they are so good at hiding it, they are not typing in chat (responding to the teammates comments) which means riot will look at the chat logs and decide if he gets reported. The bad thing about this is, what if lee said "Oh, sorry team... I am having a bad game/day" okay lets say that day was shitty and we will allow it right? But it happens again and again and again and again. These hidden trolls stay silent since they do not care.

This is why the competitive part of the game isn't enjoyable at the moment, since there are soo many players like that.

This is a video where I explain what I mean and how this punishable act looks, I did this on my main account knowing i can get banned or suspended and im okay with that. Sorry for my bad english and for saying stupid shit like exhaust is an item xD Watch the video and decide for urself. PS i would post the youtube link but my wondershare filmora wont work properly. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/368984130

Because there's no way this would ever be abused or people would report for trivial shit.

For starters, the Zed was stupid to all-in when he was also reliant on Lee landing Q first. Wait for him to hit Q, then ult. The only time you all-in before your ally hits their vital skillshot is if your ally needs you to all-in to hit that skillshot. It'd be totally logical for a Leona to go in first, since she can lock down the target, but Zed being there isn't going to slow or stun them, or provide any kind of aid whatsoever.

Also, it's impossible to prove it wasn't an accident. You cannot say, beyond any reasonable doubt, that he didn't just miss it, or just misclick.

And we should never put the power to permanently remove someone from a queue in the hands of a player, especially when you'd just need these "fishy" reports on you by 20 trolls to remove you from ranked forever.

Who are you to determine what someone's "full potential" is? And who are you to say they're not playing to it?

Players are allowed to be bad. Period. And players are allowed to have off games.

To be perfectly honest, I feel like your idea can be summarized by this:

riot will not ban without a valid reason that's why I am not enjoying this game right now.

Either you have a valid reason or not. Whether it's twenty invalid reasons or one, your suggestion does nothing to change the core problem. Unless somebody commits a tangible offense you cannot reasonably punish them.

I actually think that there should be two forms of this. Maybe the "fishy" or questioning button is good. But also, something that bans people from ranked (at the very least) but hopefully from the game period if they have no interest in winning. Competitive games should be competitive. Maybe they should make a totally casual queue or game if they want to literally not try to win, which is too commonly claimed.

The issue here is that actions need to be taken on things that can be measured (objective), not things that are opinions (subjective).

When you are playing league competitively (ranked) almost every single game there is a person who doesn't care about winning or losing and we are talking about ranked games here.

Logically, this is false and cannot be measured. It most certainly doesn't happen every game. Just because someone isn't playing how another thinks they should be playing doesn't mean they aren't playing to win. I see this "competitive" thing thrown around a lot in forum posts here.

If you are playing RANKED for fun and not for the sake of winning you should get a ranked ban

Please remember that while this is "competitive," it's still a video game and it's not the be-all-end-all of anyone's life. The imaginary rank you earn in a video game is truly meaningless. Video games are for entertainment. As long as someone is adhering to the rules (don't be a jerk & play to win), they aren't going to be punished. Remember, this is a business. Riot isn't going to piss of their customers (players) by issuing punishments based on subjective opinions of other players. There are no team coaches or captains. Play to the best of your ability.

So let me ask you this riot, can we trust our team? Since this is a team based game.

Can your team trust you? That's what you should be concerned with. Are you playing to the best of your ability or are you the person who takes themselves and their "competitive nature" so seriously that you turn into the in-game tyrant who criticizes everything that doesn't go 100% as planned.

To sum it up, I think the current punishment categories fit what can actually be punished. Everything we can currently choose is quantifiable, it either happened or it didn't. Toxic speech, verbal abuse, afk/leaving, intentional feeding, hate speech / racism / homophobia, cheating & offensive names.

I'm quite sure you'd change how you view this if you were reported and punished for something that couldn't be measured. I don't know how old you are, but do you/did you enjoy being punished by your parents or teachers for rules that weren't clear? Would you like to get fired from a job because of a coworker's opinion that you're not taking your job seriously? I'm not quite sure you'd be happy with those outcomes.

Honestly, We need a button like this, but at the same time I believe this would harm the game state overall. There is no fixing trolls. I believe we would need a button to check if someone is being suspicious, and they would need a certain number of reports of being suspicious before it is even looked into. I noticed before that some player intentionally do something to get me killed or someone goes in and immediately leaves, then I die because I used my escape to get a for sure kill from my part.

A fishy button as you are stating is too ab-usable for general league; maybe high elo, but not low elo (silver, and below). If a player gets ~10-30 puts them in a 1 minute low priority queue. This would then increase slowly if they have more than 50-100. These reports then slowly disappear overtime.

This seems like another unnecessary way to be able to get banned, another thing for the report happy players which is a very annoying to think about
