My client stays at 60% in the loading screen and I get banned for it

I've been banned twice now because my client wont start the game, I've already stated this problem but no one helped me find a solution. Now I have a leaverbuster ban of 20 minutes due of this problem that doesn't involve my internet ( 95/100 internet ip score) or my computer (i7, 16GB Ram, Nvidia Gforce GTX...) If someone could help me with this problem and remove this unjustified ban it would be very much appreciate it.
