us navy sailor banned for 3rd party... mistake

today i was banned for using a 3rd party program... the only problem is that i have never once used a 3rd party program. i have spent tons of money on this account and would never risk it by cheating. i have been super busy since joining the navy and mainly just play to keep in touch with old friends. i have no idea why i was banned and the only thing i have ever used with league is curse chat. i have sent in a ticket but given the research riots response is usually a bland repetitive one. this is completely a mistake. what can i do. all i want to do is play league with my friends and now a mistake from riot is taking that, and tons of money i spent, away from me. please help

Same thing just happened to me. I submitted a ticket. As much as it sucks, I'm releaved to see other's having this issue. Upvoted.

Had this game since just after Beta. Own all champions, almost all runes, and a butt ton of skins probably between 150-200. I will be so sad if I lose this account, especially since it's my only one.

Edit: I also use curse. Although, I was in Curse chat with a friend and he didn't get banned.

This happened to me yesterday too, they definitely fucked up their cheating detection software and haven't admitted anything yet, but its happening to alot of people. Upvote other posts you see like this and hopefully we can get some exposure to riot.

Hello, I am dealing with the same thing and I have submitted a couple of tickets and to be honest I am not getting the time of day. I am basically being told there is "strong" evidence on their end but they can't show me. So I have been banned out of nowhere and I can't even see this so called "evidence" they have. Anywho like I said in another post I hope we all get some form of retribution. Stay strong brother, you aren't alone.

I looked at two people that claim they were unfairly banned that posted in this thread, both the OP and iZastyt. From summoner profiles alone, red flags are thrown up on both accounts.

N3utron jumps up and down drastically in terms of skill, from bronze to gold to bronze to gold to bronze. It's extremely rare to see players oscillating in skill; my first guess would be that someone else was using his account.
iZasty never made it above gold, yet maintained win rates above 64% with 3 different champions with more than 20 games played each. I can't remember ever seeing a profile with so many high win champions and such a low rank overall; looking through Challenger 1 profiles, it's hard to find players with that many high win rates. To top it off, two of the champions are Eve and Kindred, two traditionally low win rate champions, and the third is Sejuani; all benefit highly from having jungle vision 24/7. I'm not sure if maphack is a thing for League, but it wouldn't shock me.

Every time there's a ban wave in every game, people flood forums and boards to claim they got wrongly banned. Almost every time it's just someone crying after the fact, and judging from summoner profiles alone, I'll side with Riot on these.

what i dont care about: who you are. Whether u r a navy sailor or not. It does not matter in gaming community.

what i do care about: rito decided to ban u for no legitimate reason. ~~Take my upvote. I hope rito does something about it.~~

Using your military status in this post is rather petty.

But it is still BS that this happened, reguardless of your military history, it would have been upvoted.

Now I will post this,

Techinically you could take this to court and win, basically reporting that they stole your account unjustly since you put money and purchase content for the game.

By law they have to provide you with evidence to support their claim that you were botting. or using some illegal third party application..

Had a old instance of this Back years ago when I played EVony And people got their accounts banned for bots

Because you are putting money into this game, they can't just take your account away with out a reason and saying " we say so" is not a valid reason

It's a good thing I read the OP, otherwise I'd think that you were using your status as a navy sailor just to get special treatment(not to mention if you were actually hacking)...(if you are then good riddance, and I hope that you'll just stay banned). If that isn't happening and this was a mistake...then I hope you get unbanned soon. Inb4 I get all the downvotes.
