Permanent ban unfairly

So about 2-3 weeks ago my account was permanently banned. It all started off when i got banned for 2 weeks for bad behaviour, and i vowed ever since then to never be toxic. The day i was unbanned i joined a ranked game with the most toxic lux ever. I had 0 warning and 0 chat restrictions, and just no warning whatsoever. I admit i called her a moron and told her that she was stupid. I was very careful with my words to not swear and not be the most toxic player on the team. I also told her that i would afk if they didnt start taking this seriously. So we started playing on and on, eventually i appologized to my team for being so mad, and i also started to encourage them. We won the ranked game a bit later. After the game i got reported by one person, the lux. With no behaviour warnings and with no other temporary bans, they sent me a message simply saying i was permanently banned. I was so sad and upset with myself because i felt after 3 years of playing and spending over one thousand dollars on the game i felt betrayed. I also felt as if my ban was very unfair. So for the golden question... Do you guys think i should be unbanned?

2 Week ban was the last warning, and threatening to AFK is toxic.

LOL, you were just banned for 2 weeks, in that ban, they ALWAYS mention that it is your last warning. ALWAYS!

I also felt as if my ban was very unfair.

In the end of email of the 14-day Ban, it says that the 14-day ban is your last warning and your next punishment is a permanent ban.

Toxicity is not about using swear words, its about being negative to your fellow team mates, which you called her a moron. You also threatened to AFK, which is a passive aggressive behavior that people don't like.

If you had a previous 14 day ban, then yes, this is permanent and deserved. You should've reformed before you got to this point. You had chances.

  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.
