i don't understand how this is a perma ban i never used any racial slurs it was just an argument between both of us i reported him as well and he got banned, but thats because he was actually cursing at me... i purchased so many skins and have so much time into the game it isn't fair at all... i'm not breaking tos.......... please fix this!!!

Your chat logs are full of harassment and toxicity which is against the rules In your 14 day ban report card, it clearly says that the next offence will lead to a permanent ban So you know.... it's fair 'cause you did break ToS

Looks like your chillstep mix isn't helping you chill. Permanent bans come after several warnings, and you decided that putting your fingers to the keys was worth more than your account.

I've been chat restricted before, and it's quite easy to do without using any racial slurs or swears. All someone has to do is be a belligerent ass, I know from first hand experience. Don't flame your team. It will honestly NOT help you win, but I guess you know that now?

Its so confusing. Starts with just ff why didnt u ff blah blah... ends with "we can still win" lol. Were you just arguing for the sake of arguing? Also "if you stfu and play" is what you should have done.
