Reply from support states they have zero tolerance policy to toxicity, yet that guy is still playing?
Well played Riot, keep thinking automated bots and replies are actually combating toxicity in your game. It's been 9 years and there are still toxic players everywhere - perhaps it isn't working?
Doubt. Post chat logs, or we will assume you are not telling us the truth, or at least not all of it.
You get punished for what you do, not for what other people do.

Well, i saw the log you posted but the e-mail you also posted stated that you were given 8 chances....wondering what you said back then
You are abusing your midlaner so you get banned (what they did has 0 relevance to this, your logs are examined out of context)
If you don't like this system, I suggest you find a more toxic-friendly game

I don't approve what this player said (if he/she really did say those things), however you shouldn't have fed into it either. A simple mute & report would have sufficed. You were handed a 14-Day Suspension at some point, so there's not much anyone can do to help you.
As far as that other guy goes, I don't condone what was said at all. If this person is really acting this way, hopefully they'll get flagged at somepoint. No one deserves to be treated that way & Riot holds us all accountable for our actions, this person will be no exception if they continue.
