In silver 2 when I ran across a blatant Elo booster. Summoners account is a support main with no previous games of Mid champions like Akali, Diana, and Vlad. Highest win percent on a champ was 46% on Morgana, now all of a sudden this player is pentakilling and 1v9'ing every single game. For the past 2 weeks his account has averaged 20 kills or more every game and has not lost a single match in ranked!!! Account is currently at high Silver 1 now. It was previously at Silver 3 or 4 when started to boost. Seriously, I gave Riot all the proof and even screenshotted him when confronted by me and my teammates that he was boosting where he said "stay silver kids ;)".

I'm just triggered they let this Slide.

It takes time for Riot to confirm a booster. Not only they need to confirm for boosting only, they need to confirm for unauthorized entry and maybe illegal sales of an account.

They also can be using that gameplay data to trace back to the booster's main account.

While an instant ban will stop the immediate pain for the low elo players, it's not always the best move on the bigger scope of things.

What are you expecting to happen? Instant ban as soon as you report them? That's not how this works.

If they are guilty of what you're saying, Riot isn't going to tell you about actions taken against another account.

Move on.

So... someone learned a new role, found out they're better at it than support, and started climbing because of it?

Dude, that proves nothing.
