Banned without even using my account (Wondering what ticket to submit)

Just in the past 30 minutes I went to go log into League literally just to see if my account was still there since a few friends at a local hobby shop were talking about playing league again. I said sure, I hadn't really played in like a year and thought I might want to check it out. So as I go to login it says my account has been banned for use of 3rd party software. Checking match history I see starting maybe 2 months ago (could be longer, can't find any way to see further in the past on match history) ranked games showing up that I never played. If I could find a full match history I could even show people I NEVER play ranked in the slightest and that games that I remember playing were usually against AI since I just wanted to have fun testing champions like Kindred.

So I have full suspicion that my account (and probably the email associated with it, looking into that now too) was hacked and used to get banned. I know unbannings are exceptionally rare and I know appealing them is pretty much guaranteed to still result in a no, but I would like to at least try.

From what I was looking at it just ends up being an account recovery ticket unless I am literally blind and can't see another one to respond to. Apparently I'm also not the only one this seems to be happening to.

Also, does anyone know a way to find a match history log further than like...the 15 games shown on profile because that would be the biggest way I could prove my claim.

You will never get it back because the amount of information required to retrieve your account is ridiculous.

Riot just wants you to rebuy everything.

Your best bet is to just talk to Riot Support. Your account was compromised and they will have questions to try verifying ownership, such as, "What were the first 3 champs you bought?". If you can prove ownership, they may reverse the ban.

Sorry this happened to you. It seems like everyone I know has their account compromised if they go on a long break from League, and my friends are IT people with strong passwords. Something is screwy on Riot's end and they ban player accounts that were illegitimately accessed as if it was their fault. Hopefully you can get your account back by submitting a support ticket, although I will warn in advance that support takes 10+ emails back and forth before they quit copy/pasting prebuilt responses and actually care to read what you tell them.
