I shouldnt be punished for this

hey riot,so this ramus jungle decided to troll from 3 mins in because he gave fb to enemy team, he then started to troll by no ganking and constantly flaming team, however when I asked in all chat for everyone to report him to riot, even after he actually stated the fact he desired to troll, he started to say Im infact trolling because I was losing lane and used the excuse, I shoulda played trundle, and yes he has been punished as it shown on my screen, however all team mates said to me I haven't flamed and I also haven't trolled, but because enemies hadn't seen the chat ramus said in team chat, they wrongfully reported me instead, now after all this team I have spent trying to reform on this game, not been punished for a good amount of time, finnaly get on last checkpoint, I also received a message that I had been reported and now chat restricted, since I know it wasn't my team mates who reported me, I know it must be ramus and the enemy team who he manipulated, please could someone go over my game and take this punishment off, I wouldn't mind however its the honor checkpoints that I have spent so long trying to get that quite annoys me. yes, the punishment only shown this game. im not sure how to send the logs to riot as all it says is copy, and I cant manage to paste onto here, can a riot member pls look at this match with this ramus and unpunish this wrongfull punishment, ty, bare in mind, please look at the ramus texts as well, just so you know what I was talking about by he claimed to troll and flamed us calling us all trash. p.s, just read over this, this only thing I have seen in my logs that can possibly count as flame is saying he possibly has issues after he claimed to troll, this is definitely not worth a 10 ban restriction from riot,all because I tried getting my teammates to have sympathy for him incase he actually did have some issues affecting his mindframe
