Can we not be paired with the same toxic players repeatedly?

Seems like a trend. Barely win a game or lose, have someone toxic and flaming throughout.... Report. Move on. Then be paired with it yet again, where it continues to int, cry, and curse the entire game. It's actually making the game SO much fun /endsarcasm. I had one case where I was paired with the same sexist asshole for 7 games straight. I muted, but that didn't stop him from clearly griefing me in game, taking minions, and just being an asshole throughout. Reported each time for sexism. Nothing. Alright.

When did saying the n word become okay in this game? When did Riot make it so that you can rage in chat for 30 minutes straight multiple times in a row and not be punished? There's no way he's just doing it in my games. Someone like that will rage at the drop of a hat. So if my reports actually do something, where is the fancy "hey thanks for contributing to the community and making it a better place" popup? I had a game where I was toxic, raged for 30 minutes, got a chat ban for one game. Right on. Seems like it's definitely flawed.

I mean it's not that hard to wait two minutes before queueing again if you really want to avoid the chance of getting paired with the same people again.

It ain't. Also, you don't necessarily get the popup. Doesn't mean they're not punished.

No you didn't. 10 or 25 games.

How dare you! They are just having fun and are playing the way they want. Why do you have to be so selfish by wanting to not be paired with the same abusive person over and over.
