Blind Pick Permaban

Hey ummm my problem is the permaban but actually i have some questions about it, also the support said nothing more than: You are banned. Actaully i asked them a few things but they didn't wanted to answer me... About me: I am never really flaming, like i am not trying to focus on writing than actually playing and the only thing i am doing is answering them with my own way and i sometimes using their words that looks 'not so toxic' to me. I dont care which gamemode i am playing, i try to win everything, also i like to keep chating with someone who is toxic, because he may start to play and want to win, thats seems good to me. Here are the questions and thoughts: Why the first ban was for 14 days and the 2nd is perma? There are no more 1 day or 1 week bans or chat restriction? The system is banning player that get reported by his team mates even if he did nothing bad, i mean he didnt feed for purpose or flame them, like they just reported him because they didnt like him? Like they flamed and blamed him for losing their game while they totaly ignored how they are playing...

Well the main reason why i was talking about blindpicks is because i wanted to know if they care about this gamemode, like if they would say 'yeah its blindpick and i still want to win' or something like that i would make them think we can still win and there is no reason to lose. I dont like doing that, because i understand everyone is worse or better but here is their stats from this game: Diana: 4/12/7, she was flaming me the most and she said others that we are losing because of me Rumble: 5/12/8, he was 2nd that flamed me because diana told him to In my opinion those guys were playing bad but it happens, right? Two other guys were playing like normal, they had just unlucky game: 8/13/12 support and 12/7/6 adc. But after they left botlane, diana told them we lost most turrest because of Orianna(me) and they said few bad words to me. Diana was also spamming: report ori My stats were: 2/6/10, not the best stats but i was actually trying, i died few times being caught and on lane vs yasuo. Can someone say if its worth banning or am i the one that is destroying fun from the game? Also why there is only 14days ban and then permaban? I feel like there is no justice :/
