After contacting riot support, a guy responded me saying this : Hi there,

We have a zero tolerance policy for using homophobic slurs. I understand this seems harsh, but we truly believe that slurs, hate speech, and telling other players to kill themselves have no place in our game, which is why we escalate to a two-week suspension for a first offense.

In order to avoid disciplinary action in the future, I recommend that you mute other players that are frustrating you, drag chat off screen if you find that isn't enough, and report players that are behaving badly after your game. Its important that you avoid using chat unless totally necessary, since your account is now in danger of being permanently lost; a two week ban represents a final warning, and even mild arguing could now result in a permanent ban.
