kinda tired of getting reported for attempting to talk to team and ask questions to get into there head and see what type of person they are because half the time i get people playing stuff like yasuo going full damage and trolling but not trolling when there 0/2 losing lane typing gg lol or stuff. Is it even bannable for attempting to ask questions like "why build full damage on vayne and not get a qss or ga or merc threads, why are you going berserk greaves when you are 0/4 on yasuo why are you building triforce when you are losing lane on darius vs a tank" ect and people just scroff my quesitons and stuff and just call me toxic. is this just how na is? am i going crazy. am i just a lunatic for even attempting to give advice or insight on why you shouldn't go full damage when your behind and you are not going to carry the team. kind of strayed off my topic just depressed from playing ranked and pre season ranked sorry.

most likely not, riot is worried that people will abuse this knowledge by "avoiding the system"

and yes some ppl would do that obviously...

If you mean will Riot ever release an exact list of what's okay and not okay they won't as people would use that to try to game the system and skirt the line between punishable and not punishable.

Also, there's nothing wrong with asking questions so long as you're not being rude, disrespectful or insulting. For example, "why build full damage on vayne and not get a qss or ga or merc threads" is fine, but "why are you not building qss you noob" is not fine. That said even if you're respectful some people are just unresponsive to anything that could be perceived as criticism to them. When that happens it's often best to just drop it and move on and focus on your own game instead rather than pester them about it.

Play your champion. Don't play other people's champs.

If you want to offer advice, offer some fucking advice. "Hey, I think that QSS would help next" ~emphasis mine

Unless you have some sort of way to time travel, asking questions about the past is incredibly useless. So, if you can time travel, then fucking time travel. Then give your advice on what to build before they build something else.

If you think the best thing they can do is to sell the components or completed items they have in exchange for your preferred items, then just say so. "Ohmwrecker doesn't contribute useful stats, sell it and buy IE"

But, if holding on to that completed item is a better choice than selling it for a loss, then don't bitch about what they could have bought. Deal with reality as it is. Offer suggestions for the best way to win the current game, from the current situation. Alternate realities "we could have won that fight if you'd built X instead of Y" is useless, negative, and punishable. Future games are also completely irrelevant to the game that is occurring. "You should build XX first against YY" totally and completely doesn't matter in the current game. It didn't happen. Deal with reality as it is. Use chat to win your current game, not your teammate's next game.

I think its pretty obvious on what is and isnt toxic behavior lol

No, the rules go beyond "toxic". They wont explain that. They will explain what is punishable. Go look for it.

I will be completely honest with you about why people dont respond positively to your questions. You frame them in an insulting way. "Why are you building x when you are losing lane?" Its just not a pertinent question. Like oh, middle of a match, great time to get theory crafting about builds. Do you have a suggestion? Then fucking suggest it. Dont frame it in the form of a question when its OBVIOUS you arent asking it out of a desire to learn. Its obviously a passive aggressive way to point out a mistake. Are you asking them honestly to learn? Or are you asking them because theyre doing it wrong? If theyre doing it wrong, why ask them anything? Just tell them. Tell them "hey when youre behind, I find its better to build x, just so you know." And then leave it. Why do you frame it in the form of a question? Dont play dumb and act like its such an innocent question that you genuinely want to glean some new information from.

Now, your questions arent against the rules. But they WILL rub people the wrong way which can quickly lead to a conversation that breaks the rules. You just gotta know people to know that those questions are gonna come off slightly insulting. I dont consider myself a people person, but I know enough to know that strangers in the middle of losing a lane, being asked those questions, arent gonna take them as genuine questions. You should know this. Think of the context. Just try to have a little more tact, thats all.

If you didn't do anything wrong, then their reports won't do a thing.

All a report does is to flag the system to review the game. The toxicity score returned from the review will be the same regardless of how many times a player was reported within the same game. It is also possible for the system to return a toxicity score of 0 if there was no toxicity found within the game.

Just make sure your chat doesn't contain things that harass/ insult others.

Also, you probably don't understand what real depression is. Don't go throwing those terminology around when you don't fully understand the medical implications of the words.

Just dont be rude?? Or negative... Im using the chat from season 1 and im chatting a lot and i never got banned not even restricted and i have like 2k reports on my main, idk how much on all of my accounts. But yeah basically dont be rude. Riot wont make a statement with every rude word. Its common sense...
