So, i have been playing ranked for some time now. And almost every single time im in my promos to rank up, I get the most retarded team mates. WHY RIOT WHY. I play ranked normaly whilst just getting to my promos, but i just get stuck cuz of these fucking retarded %%%%s. I dont understand why this keeps happening.

It's called the "Riot loves to fuck people over" effect. Basically, you will play against shitty teams while climbing, but as soon as you reach your promos, your teams will int or afk. Love it.
It's done on purpose. Promos are supposed to be an indication that you can carry yourself out that ELO, thus you are matched with people whom are stronger than you.
It's not that your team mates are crappier than your normal MMR, it's your opponents that are stronger. Although it kidda turns out to be the same thing, but how you get there is vastly different.
