Automated punishment system is weak.

This system doesn't consider context or circumstance one bit. It punishes you for simply typing. If it doesn't like your language or if you say anything other than good job or well played it punishes you. You can give constructive criticism or even defend yourself from verbal abuse. Your system is a joke & I'm not playing your game anymore because I can't risk wasting my time on a game that will ban me for communicating in ways other than kissing ass or simply not speaking at all.

Fun fact, the fucking system doesn't actually give two shits about damn language with the exception of two things.

Zero Tolerance and Harassing players.

"Caw Caw Motherfuckers" (ulting with Fids) is okay. but "You are a usless Motherfucker" is not okay.

I've had the same experience, it's super frustrating and Riot employees don't care about the context. I got a 2 week insta ban (from 0 previous chat restrictions) for saying the word "coon" in a joking manner. Now I can't get the victorious skin for my main champ Ori. Sick automated system, really encourages people to use the chat function...

You usually aren't punished unless your chat is using slurs or telling others to harm themselves, or if your chat is consistently toxic during a game or across several games. If you feel like this doesn't describe what you typed, then you should submit a support ticket.
