can i get explanation on this perma ban. ty

so i'd like to ask few questions about my brothers perma ban.first off as you see in that screenshot one moderator anwsered to question "can you get banned for curse words" if you say shit etc.My brother got banned for this words "this lee sin is so bad" (that lee sin was unranked and playing in g3) "nice grammar" "gj yasuo" "ez game?" "monk" "don't flame yasuo" "is so bad" GAME 2 here it gets real spicy. "wp" "good job bot" "chill i roam bot" "they are premade" "suck" "how bad r u" "our bot is trash" . I didn't include it all because i really didn't see it neccessary because in the ban thing there was his chatlog where was compliments also which i really don't get.But as we see there was no cursing at someone,example "you fucking %%%% can you group up now idiot".Also if you say to someone "this lee sin is so bad" it's same as saying i don't like the taste of this coffee.it's only opinion,he is not saying fuck you lee sin you can't do anything,do you have refunds left because this is a champion you should use refund on since you're garbage on it.

Didn't really want to make this discussion so long but i hope that you get the point (hate speech is a different matter) also i would like to ask another question about very weird ban. my another friend got banned for 2 weeks and he said to some troll player that we will report you.And that actually happend in the game my brother was in because they had 3 guys saying that they will report him for feeding.If you could explain why they don't get any penalty but then my friend gets ban.
