Losing rank games because of AFK and Intending

For the past 3 days that I have been playing rank, I get matched up with people who were intending/AFK/assisting the enemy team and blasting offensive language/hate speech for the whole game. How am I suppose to rank up like this when I get matched up with straight up trolls. I had a win rate of +8 before, and now I am at 59W/67L which is -8. This is a shame, league is such a good game but now filled with such a toxic community. Please implement more effective soft ban system for rank. For example forbidding people who are intending from playing rank for the whole season, but allowing them to continue playing normal.
