14 day suspension notification.. but can still.. play? @riot Tantram, Bug?

I had a really strange notification pop up when I logged in. I should've grabbed a screenshot but I didn't.

it said I had a 14 day suspension, and gave me some chat logs I think was from LAST time I was punished probably around a year ago.

Theres 3 wierd things about this notification.

1. I haven't been toxic on this account since my previous punishment. ( I know boards wont believe me, hopefully tantram stops by to confirm it, and clear this up.
2. My last punishment was 14 day ban, meaning my next punishment is permaban. (i haven't played enough games on this account to move down in punishment tiers.
3. I can still play.. I clicked all the way through to when a queue popped up, then hit decline.

I really think it was a bugged notification from last time I was punished.. but I don't want to play the game if im supposed to be banned to avoid further punishment.

EDIT: I just tried relogging, no popup notification that time.
