How can you get banned for this?

Hello, I just got a 10-game chat restriction. I know people come here very often and are like "wHy aM I bAnNeD?!", and I realise that I am too, but please help me understand how this got me chat restricted. I will put things in brackets where you need context. I have previosily gooten one 10-game chat restriction and that one was deserved. I know alot of people don't care about honor level, but I really do. One reason for it is that my friends always say waaaaay more toxic stuff in chat (often EXTREMELY toxic stuff in their native tounge) and they have never gotten restricted or banned.
