people trolling and grief my games

time and time again people dont get the roll they want or the champion they want and decide to feed and grief in my ranked games, time and time again i get punished for their actions and lose an insane amount of LP and continue to drop in MMR simply because one person ruined the game for 4 other people, and those of the other team get rewarded. nothing is being do about these types of players either, no one has taken any action in punishing these players either. i send report again and again with no reply or even something to make me feel as if my message has reached. what can you do about these kinds of players? what will you do? will you take action? will you even read this at all riot? dont you think making the community better and more friendly would help your game grow? because if anything keeping it the way it is may in fact ruin everything you worked for. simply because you dont want to look at the small things that create huge problems.

Thats like the number one complaint about this game. Im sure theyre trying, but it will never go away. Millions of players, multiple accounts each... it will never stop. Its partly why i try to stay away from playing with randoms as much as I can. Want a serious competitive game? Cant rely on anonymous strangers for that.

Unless you're trolling yourself you will receive less trolls than the enemy team because there's 5 slots and only 4 on your team. So trolls actually should improve your rank over time.

Since "trolling" is different to different players it becomes almost impossible to detect with a bot and can be hard to tell if someone takes a look at it. Therefore, it's unlikely Riot will invest much in making this system better.

If there was a simple way to enforce it I would be for them being stricter on grief and trolls. But, what I don't want, is for it to become like IFS is on the chat now which basically makes typing anything in some way "toxic".
