If i do nothing wrong and get reported, will it be contributed negativly to my honor level?

So, I'm trying to reform right now, etc. BUT in some games i just get reported because i didnt gank a lane that often, just so much unfair reasons. Even if i do nothing wrong and get reported, will my honor level drop, or will i get punished?

If i try out some new champs and roles, there are some games where my endscore could be like 2/12 or something. If i get reported for inting, will i get punished?

Or another example, my friend timed out during champ select(normal game), but the game didnt close, it just kept going. I've told my teammates, that this is gonna be a remake and i can't leave, because i've already dodged 2 games in a row. So I didn't want them to waste any time and just told them to dodge (i accept that no1 wouldn't dodge, its was okay for me - i just warned them kindly). They thought it was a joke or sneaky tactic to not play the game so they kept saying "liar liar pants on fire" - i don't know what this cringy and edgy comment was, but k anyways. So we got ingame and as i told them, my friend was afk and it was a remake. they reported my mate and me for trolling, will that count?

i was told that i have to play a lot of games to drop on the toxicity tier, because i've already got banned for 14 days and wanna reset that toxicity score. Even if i get reported for stupid reasons like not ganking so often, or inting when i do bad ingame, will that get me punished?

False reports do not affect your account standing, honor, or anything of the like.

"Liar liar pants on fire" is a phrase many learnt as children. It is called a playground song to refer to liars. It isn't meant to be edgy.

In regards to your actual question. You can only get a punishment, if you actually misbehave. Valid reports can slow down reformation.

if you do get a false positive and you got reported even though you didn’t do anything, you can file a support ticket and explain to the RIOT support team what happened. Make sure to get screenshots just Incase they ask for evidence.

dude. this is league. you could buy the wrong item for your champs recommended kit and someone can report you. and riot will call it legit and penalize you.

I report feeding trash every day. Nothing ever happens. If they are safe, so are you.

Even I have to admit, false positives are rare. Unrealistically rare.

But if one happens to you, lifting it won't be easy.

It will not. Actually false reports have absolutely no standing against you.
